* 2 clove garlic, minced
* 2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
* 2 teaspoons scallion, minced
* 1 teaspoon Tabasco (more or less as desired)
* salt and pepper to taste

PREPARATION:
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
