Thank you so much! I have been living in Korea for four years. I often ask my friends how to make kimchi. They will not tell me. They have always said, “Oh, it’s very hard.” Or “Oh, it takes so long.” Or “I don’t know I get mine from my mother-in-law.” Finally, I can see how it is made. I can’t wait to try (as soon as I have a whole day free.)
