Boricha is made from roasted barley beans having a similar taste to beans that make this tea different from other Korean grain-based teas. Barley fiber can facilitate digestion, help stop diarrhea, is also believed to help stop dehydration, especially in people who are weak and easy to sweat.
- 1/4 cup toasted bo ri (barley)
- 4 cups water
- In a cattle, add cold water and barley.
- Bring to a boil, reduce to medium, boil for 10 minutes.
- Serve as is.
- Or let cool.
- Put it in a refrigerator.
- Serve cold.
